Refund Policy
Last updated: Avril 2026
General principle
Whalli is committed to ensuring your satisfaction. This policy sets out the conditions under which a refund may be granted.
Legal right of withdrawal
Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.
However, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if you have started using the service before the end of the 14-day period and have expressly waived this right at the time of subscription.
To exercise this right, contact us at hello@whalli.com quoting your order number.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed at the start of each period (monthly or annual). Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the already-paid period.
No prorated refunds are granted for the remaining unused period, except in the following cases:
- Exercise of the right of withdrawal within 14 days (if applicable);
- Prolonged and unintentional service interruption (outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours attributable to Whalli);
- Double billing or documented technical billing error.
Consumed credits
Credits that have been consumed (used for generations, conversations or other services) are non-refundable, except in the event of a proven technical error on the Platform.
Top-up credit packs
Purchased top-up credit packs may be refunded for the unconsumed portion, upon request made within 14 days of purchase, and only if fewer than 10% of the pack credits have been used.
Refund procedure
To request a refund:
- Send an email to hello@whalli.com with the subject line "Refund Request";
- Include your account email address, purchase date and reason;
- Our team processes requests within 5 business days;
- If approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
